Usability Can Change the World

Human Error is a misnomer.  Design should also take into account the human at the center.  World Usability Day’s goal is to raise our standards so that technology works to harness human potential. Every second Thursday in November events occur around the world that
bring together different communities to celebrate how we can make our

world easy for all.

World Usability Day was started by Elizabeth Rosenzweig, Nigel Bevan and the Usability Professionals Association (UPA) to raise awareness of the importance of designing technology, products and services for people. Bringing the focus on user-centered design the World Usability Day annual events demonstrate and teach people theories, methods and skills to create a better world through user centered design.  Find out more at the  World Usability Day website
